Who We Are

We are a Knoxville-based radon testing and mitigation company serving Knox County and the surrounding East Tennessee counties. Radon is all we do. We are not a general home inspection company that adds radon as a line item, and we are not a national franchise routing your call to a call center three states away.

Why Radon Only

Because doing one thing means doing it properly. Correct monitor placement, real closed-house protocol, honest interpretation of a marginal result, diagnostic work before designing a system, and a verification test afterward. Those are the parts that get skipped when radon is somebody's fifth service line, and they are the parts that decide whether your number is real and whether your system works.

What You Can Expect

• An honest number. If your test comes back low, we will tell you so and you will not hear a pitch. We would rather have your neighbor's referral than your unnecessary system.
• A fixed written quote. Before anything is drilled, you know the price and the pipe route.
• A guaranteed result. Every system is guaranteed in writing to bring the home below 4.0 pCi/L, verified with a post-installation test.
• Straight answers about timing. If you are under contract and we cannot make your deadline, we will say so instead of taking the job and hoping.
